Past Tense

I've been knocked out by a direct question from a friend. The question really bugged me that made me think, think harder than in the exams.
Decors and styles today are prone to the past, but are we really bringing back what our grand-grandparents have thrown into the dustbin? We take them out and re-use them? And that we call ourselves trend setters? Or is the past chasing after us?

The question brings me far back to the year 2003. But it doesn't kill me to reminisce who I was back to that particular time. What kills me is the wrongs that I didn't commit to and silently haunting me to the exact present. How many wrongs have I pointed to,but were abandoned as if they would disappear for good? Many. More than three persons could finger-count.

Now I wish I could fly to the past, stand up and speak up the truth. I'm regretted how I have let myself too open for any statements.

There's a saying "the pasts teach us to be tomorrow's better persons". What if, tomorrow is the new yesterday? After so many things we do to build a better tomorrow, tomorrow is still yesterday.
